Page 316 of Towers of Midnight: Nynaeve finally obtains Lan as her
Warder. Now she can tell in which direction he is in. Could she
project a Traveling or Skimming Gateway in Lan's direction so that she
can visit him (and boink him silly)?

If she knows where Lan is and assuming that she knows the location
properly, then she should be able to open a Gateway to that position,
intercepting Lan and give him a great hickey :-)
