So, LTT's original plan called for a circle of 7 women and 6 men to
place the seals. Latra Posae Decume fouled that by getting all the
women strong enough to nix the plan. Interestingly, there are now 7
women whom Rand trusts who are relatively strong (in descending
order):

Alivia
Nynaeve
Elayne
Aviendha
Egwene

Cadsuane
Moiraine

While you can throw around other names like Sharina, Tamela, Viendre,
Metarra, Talaan, although strong, these are not women that Rand would
necessarily "trust" in a circle.

There are also 6 relatively strong men who Rand would likely (or has
already had to) trust:

Rand
Logain
Narishma
Damer Flynn
Grady
Neald

Has Jordan constructed a group for a circle to close the Bore? Are
there others who are strong enough to join such a circle that Rand
would trust?
