To make Rand al'Thor laugh, I propose that Cadsuane make a Tickle Weave
with the OP and tickle him.

This is purely Platonic tickle, right?

I've never seen any indication that Cadsuane is sexually interested in
Rand or anyone else. After all, she's about 300 years old, IIRC.

Odd. Tim often posts followups in years-old threads, but I can't
recall him doing a simple repost (5 years on!) before.

He may have done a repost, or some news server may have hiccuped and done
the repost on its own. I have seen the latter happen on several
occasions.

Oh, he's done an exact-repost-years-later before, repeatedly. It's one of
the things he's known for. Generally (as far as anyone else can tell) to try
to restart the discussion Right Where It Left Off, or else because he didn't
actually like any of the answers or advice or followups he got the first time,
but had to move on through Piers Anthony, Isaac Asimov, and whatever his other
obsessions are, before coming back to that particular posting.

He never seems to realize it's not a particularly effective way to interact
with others, either, no matter how many times you call him on it.

And, of course, those reading her, need to reply crosspost and OT.

As of January 1st, 2010, the earth was supporting 1,191,220,366,700 pounds
of humanity.

This compared with the 'weight' of the Earth at
13,537,677,887,078,400,000,000,000 pounds is about equal to Timmette's
percentage of ON Topic posts [0.00000000000008 %] !!!

Note: For the purist - the Earth has no weight', it has mass, and gravity
makes surface material have 'weight'.

The Earth weighs about 170 lbs in my own, personal, gravitational
field.

Your Mileage May Vary.

Maybe we could just use him as a conduit to talk among ourselves?

I mean, he does sort of respond occasionally, you just have to catch
him at the right moment.

Wouldn't matter she posts the same dribble, time and time again.

When I saw thread title, I thought it meant Rans Simberg.

My second guess was Ayn Rand.

Curious, how DO you make either of them laugh? (Assuming Ayn Rand were
still alive and capable of laughing?)
