...except for the SEVENTEEN POSTS TO-DAY from a certain narmless poster. (As
opposed to NONE from anyone else. That's a ratio of approximately infinity to
one.)

I wonder how long it will take until he discovers George R.R. Martin's Wild
Cards series and leaves us alone again?

You say that I should not post as long as no one else is posting?

Oh, not so much. But ... if you're the only one talking, and nobody else is
replying at all? For over a day? It might oughta kinda tell you something?

More than a day!!

People talk to themselves all the time (its normal), it's when they start
replying to themselves.....

Speaking of Nemo, he hasn't posted here since Sunday!

How do the Tinkers deal with their male channelers?

Will Mat want to remain married to an Empress who wants to take over the continent
and enslave all female channelers?

Will Min, Aviendha, and Elayne still want to marry Rand after his most recent
anti-social behavior (balefiring an entire palace full of people)?

How in the Light is Rand going to get the Seanchan to cooperate with the AS?

Must be something wrong with my newsreader -- yours was the only post I
saw to this group on 3/23.

But my situation is not entirely desperate. The Flatlanders are, I
have learned, edible, with a taste something like very moist smoked
salmon. It takes quite a few of them to make a meal, but they are
plentiful, and they are easy to catch. - Rudy Rucker

Hmm. Maybe your ISP drops posts crossposted to three or more groups?

That's possible. (Though these days wouldn't the term be USP? ISPs
often don't offer usenet -- I get mine from eternal-september.org)

It's also possible that, you know, my newreader is dropping the posts
somehow. I can't imagine what could cause that, though...
