Once upon a time - for example, Mon, 2 Feb 2004 10:37:12 -0500 - there
was this guy, or something, called "Michael Martin"
Post by Michael MartinPost by Chucky & JanicaPost by GuerinDo they have eyebrows?
I can't recall any mention of eyebrows in any of the WoT books,
but havent read the Guide, and am not about to buy a copy to
support RJ unless I were to hear smashing reviews of it.
Does the guide mention this tidbit, or must I remain forever
curious?
I think they have brows (as in brow-ridges), but not with hair.
There is a picture in the Guide, but obviously it's a shit
picture. Not the way I pictured Fades (not that that's an
indication of whether it's a shit picture or not).
"From oily black hair to puffy cheeks was as smooth as an eggshell..."
Ah, so no brows. Unless they have hangy-down hair.
Fine with me. That's always the way I've pictured them anyway. And
indeed, why have brows if you don't have eyes to protect? And I wonder
if the thick 'forehead' part of their skull extends all the way down
to the nasal cavity?
Glayven.
Post by Michael MartinThis is my biggest peeve - whenever I see a rendition of a Fade, the
artist invariably includes hollow, skin-covered sockets,
Yep. It does make me wonder why he agreed to anything in the Guide. Or
any of the illustrations.
